Campus Watersportbaan
For our prospective physical education teachers and movement recreation students, Arteveldehogeschool has its own multifunctional sports hall. In the adjoining exercise room, dance room, judo room or fitness room, you can let off steam daily. Or train your climbing skills on our equipped climbing wall. You will also find many classrooms, changing rooms, showers and other facilities. In short, a top environment for our sportiest students!
Campus Watersportbaan is located in the sporting heart of Ghent. Next to the UGent sports hall (GUSB), but also close to the Ghent Topsporthal, the House of Sport, Flemish Cycling Centre Eddy Merckx, Sport Vlaanderen, ...

Accessibility
On foot or by bike
From St Pietersstation, walk for just under twenty-five minutes to the Watersportbaan campus. Take Koning Boudewijnstraat and continue on to the Leie. On the other side of the water, turn right and continue along the Verenigde Natieslaan to the campus.
A bike ride to campus takes about ten minutes. A covered bicycle shed is provided.
By public transport
From St Pietersstation: take bus 9, 14 or 15 to stop 'Beneluxplein', or tram 2 or 4 to stop 'Bernard Spaelaan'.
From Dampoort station: take bus 38 or 39 to 'Beneluxplein'.
By car
There is no parking provided at the campus; those arriving by car can park at the Watersportbaan.
