You can get a job in any multinational, small or medium-sized enterprise or govern­mental organisation, in your home country or abroad. They will be eager to call upon your excellent language skills, intercultural communication sensitivity and knowledge of process and project management

Born to communicate
Find their way around the job market as an office manager, international account manager, process supervisor, international customer service agent or PR employee.

Or pursue another degree

A significant number of our students continue studying after the International Organisation and Management programme.

A second bachelor’s degree?
You can obtain a second professional bachelor's degree via a shortened study track. International Business Management, International Communication Management and International Graphic & Digital Media are perfect supplements.

Fast track to teaching
Want to teach in your field after finishing your bachelor programme? Then enrol in the Abridged Bachelor of Secondary Education (in Dutch).

Postgraduate, advanced bachelor and further courses
Deepen your knowledge of a certain domain. Excellent choices – among many others – are the postgraduate courses in Digital Business Transformation and Human Resources Management (in Dutch).

Want a master too?
With a transfer programme (in Dutch), you can pursue a master's degree at Ghent University. Or you can enrol in other foreign programmes, for example at the ­Athlone Institute of Technology in Ireland.
