The Podiatry education in Ghent is unique in Flanders and guarantees a bright professional career and future! The Podiatrist is a paramedic who examines and treats lower extremity problems, with the goal of solving the problem or preventing further deterioration. The full three year bachelor programme is taught in Dutch.
Degree programme (Dutch)
The study programme is organized in semesters based on professional competencies and medical disciplines. It is scientifically oriented with the enhancement of knowledge, skills, clinical reasoning and a professional attitude.
Exchange programme (English)
Exchange students can participate in the modular international programme 'Healthcare studies'.
